3. Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We know you’re excited to get your prints! We work hard to get orders out the door quickly.

  • Processing Time: All items are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship exclusively within Europe.

  • Carriers: We primarily ship using Omniva and DPD. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Orders under 50€: Flat rate shipping applies (calculated at checkout).

    • Orders over 50€: Free Shipping!

  • Estimated Delivery: Depending on your location in Europe, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days once the package leaves our hands. If it doesn't arrive within this window after handed over to the courier, please write us via email and we will be delighted to help review the problem.
