1. Return and Refund Policy

Our 29-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your 3D-printed items as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t quite right, you have 29 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging.

• 3D Printed Nature: Please note that small surface variations are a natural part of the 3D printing process and make each piece unique. However, if an item arrives damaged or with a functional defect, we will make it right immediately.

• How to Start a Return: To start a return, contact us at [ contact@ma3d.store ]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. This will be decided together with the buyer.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Note that we have every right to decline the return if the claim is invalid.
